1. I didn’t get an activation e-mail. What am I supposed to do?

Sometimes our emails are classified as Ads, Networks, or Spam. Please check these folders. If the email isn’t in either of these sections, you can request that the activation email be resended. If you are still not served in this case, please contact our technical advisors – support@cheerleadapp.com.

2. Why can’t I run campaigns?

The first step to starting using CheerLead is to connect your account, created on the social network. To do this, go to the Connected Accounts section, click Connect new account.

3. I can’t connect my account. What am I supposed to do?

If you are unable to connect your account on the social network to your CheerLead account, delete the connected account and repeat the entire procedure written in the Connected Accounts section once more.
In case of an ongoing problem with the connection of the account, please contact our technical advisors – support@cheerleadapp.com.

4. Can I use other PC apps while running my campaign?

Yes, you can. Our tool works after launching a campaign without your intervention, so while, for example, taking care of sending connection requests or information messages to your connections, you can calmly devote your time to other activities. If the tool requires your attention, you will receive a notification.

5. Can I turn off my computer while a campaign or import is in progress?

Yes, you can, because our tool works without the computer turned on, so it can work offline. This is possible thanks to the fact that it is an application working on a web interface.

6. I forgot my password and I didn’t get an email to reset my password.

If you still do not receive it in this case, please contact our technical advisors – support@cheerleadapp.com.
